8:00AM- 4:30PM Jones Networking is partnering with a well-established and growing property management company in the Hunt Valley area to identify an experienced Payroll Administer.
Payroll Administrator Position Summary:
- Manage payroll processing across multiple states
- Answer payroll questions from employees
- Review and approve payroll for accuracy
- Update any payroll records
- Issue paychecks
- Enter new hire information into the system
- Complete verification of employment
- Support internal and external audits
- Coordinate payroll tax filings, quarterly reporting and year-end activities
- Maintain confidentiality with employee information
Payroll Administrator Qualifications Summary:
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Supervisory or team lead experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with payroll tax reporting
Pay:
$100,000.00- $105,000.
