  • 4:30PM Jones Networking is partnering with a well-established and growing property management company in the Hunt Valley area to identify an experienced Payroll Administer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys owning the payroll process, supporting employees, and serving as a key member of a collaborative leadership team. Payroll Administrator Position Summary:
  • Manage payroll processing across multiple states
  • Answer payroll questions from employees
  • Review and approve payroll for accuracy
  • Update any payroll records
  • Issue paychecks
  • Enter new hire information into the system
  • Complete verification of employment
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Coordinate payroll tax filings, quarterly reporting and year-end activities
  • Maintain confidentiality with employee information
Payroll Administrator Qualifications Summary:
  • 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Supervisory or team lead experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with payroll tax reporting
Pay:
$100,000.00
  • $105,000.
