We are looking for a high-impact Payroll Specialist to serve as the heartbeat of our financial operations. Managing a dynamic workforce of 900+ team members, you won't just be pushing buttons.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Processing:

  Execute bi-weekly, quarterly bonus, and off-cycle payrolls for 900+ employees using ADP (or similar software).

•

Compliance & Audit:

Ensure strict adherence to

GAAP, DOL

regulations, and federal/state/local tax laws. Facilitate financial and 403(b) audits and manage W-2 reviews.

• Data Management:

  Verify timekeeping records, calculate retro-pay, and manage complex deductions including HSA contributions, benefits, and garnishments.

• Reporting & Finance:

  Reconcile payroll tax reports and provide monthly subledgers to the accounting team to support General Ledger imports.

• Special Payments:

  Process mileage reimbursements, tuition assistance, and loan payments.

•

Team Collaboration:

Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries, resolving discrepancies quickly.

PM Skills:

• Certified Payroll Professional Certification strongly preferred.

Education:

Associate Experience:

7-10 years

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• Experience:

  6???10 years of full-cycle payroll experience in a large-company environment.

• Technical Skills:

  3+ years of experience with large-scale payroll software (ADP preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
