Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Collect and verify timesheets, attendance records, and related payroll data.
Calculate wages, benefits, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, changes, and tax information.
Reconcile payroll reports and prepare journal entries for the accounting department.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Support year-end processes, including W-2, W-4, and other statutory reporting.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and payroll data.
Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and relevant regulations.
