Description:
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company payroll regulations. This role performs biweekly payroll activities, including payroll transactions, audits payroll data, responds to employee inquiries, maintains payroll records, and works closely with Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule. The Payroll Analyst supports payroll reporting, tax compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
