Job Summary Quality Appliance is hiring full-time and part-time help to answer phones and assist customers in person with getting parts ordered, scheduling deliveries and service appointments for appliance repair, or helping customers with purchasing new appliances in Mankato, MN. This job allows a flexible schedule and offers competitive pay.

Job Description:

Answer phone calls to assist customers with questions or issues and take messages Help customers in person with parts, and scheduling service and delivery appointments Product preparation and setup, and occasionally loading products or helping with warehouse management Assisting customers who are looking to purchase new appliances Some data entry, admin work, and computer filing for billing, rebates, warranty work, etc

Requirements:

Some lifting may be required Some sales or customer service experience is preferred, but if not we will train Good communication skills and customers service abilities in-person and over the phone Good computer skills for typing in word, excel, and email Billing and QuickBooks online experience are a plus A positive, friendly attitude with a desire to help others
