Job Description

Position Summary Global Reserve Distribution is seeking an Accounting & Benefits Coordinator to support our growing organization. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting administration, customer collections, payroll support, employee benefits administration, and general office support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Manage customer collections activities, including follow-up on past-due balances and payment inquiries Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations Maintain fixed asset schedule and depreciation Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation Process payroll-related accounting entries and reports Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for external accountants and year-end tax preparation Monitor shared accounting inboxes and respond to routine inquiries Payroll & Benefits Administration Support biweekly payroll processing and commission calculations Administer employee benefit enrollments, deductions, and changes Coordinate 401(k) contribution reporting and submissions Assist with annual benefits renewals and employee benefit inquiries Support background checks and new hire administrative processes Administrative Support Assist with customer account setup and maintenance Coordinate office vendors and administrative services Maintain office supplies and workplace resources Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, benefits administration, or related experience Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software preferred Experience working with multiple legal entities and intercompany accounting transactions Experience supporting payroll and employee benefits administration preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
