Job Description

MPRB's Finance Department is hiring a Payroll Administrator who is responsible for advance-level technical work involving planning, organizing, and maintaining the payroll system for all MPRB employees. Provides timely and accurate preparation of payroll; audits, balances, and corrects computerized payroll system; and analyzes and resolves issues and errors. Need to
Have:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field or equivalent. 3-5 year of increasingly responsible experience in payroll accounting including performing advanced payroll transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll. Other experience including auditing, balancing, and correcting payroll documents, monitoring payroll time records, and producing other related reports for employees within a department.
