You'll be responsible for accurately processing payroll, administering employee benefits, and maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. This role supports employees and leadership through timely communication, record management, onboarding support, and attention to detail in all payroll and HR-related functions. Responsibilities Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time, including deductions, reimbursements, garnishments, and payroll adjustments. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, open enrollment, and employee questions regarding coverage and eligibility. Including health insurance, 401k, etc . Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company payroll and HR policies. Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, and employee status changes within HR and payroll systems. Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries from employees and leadership in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR support, or related administrative work. Knowledge of payroll processes, confidentiality standards, and basic employment compliance requirements. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn payroll, HRIS, and benefits administration systems.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
