Job Description
St. Louis CDJR is searching for the right person to join our admin office. In this vital role, you will manage various accounting functions, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and support our dealership's financial operations with precision and professionalism. Your expertise in accounting software and financial concepts will help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently, Job Duties Automotive dealership experience required Assist with reconciling funded deals and receivables Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare balance sheet reconciliations Enter data accurately into accounting software such as Google Docs, Excel, Tekion, Netchex, etc Assist with month-end closing procedures, journal entries, and account analysis Process premium payments and product cancellations Process weekly/semimonthly payroll Process employee on boarding Requirements Ability to perform detailed data entry, account reconciliation, and journal entries with high accuracy Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and support financial services functions Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high transaction volume Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Minimum of 2 years of billing,accounting, or office administration experience (automotive dealership experience strongly preferred)
