Construction Payroll Analyst

General Description:

The Payroll Specialist/AP is responsible for primarily responsible for processing payroll, accounts payable, maintaining accurate payroll records, data entry, document control and clerical support. He/She will also be expected to take on any/all tasks in the quest to learn all he/she can about construction. He/She must have ADP experience. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, organizational skills and team player. Construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Filing
• Collecting time-sheet data and payroll information
• Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Verifying and reconciling invoices
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality of Integra, Inc.

Job Types:

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
