Job Description

Bitterroot Drug is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll, HR, and Accounting Coordinator with a emphasis on payroll and human resources duties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online , payroll systems and HR best practices with strong organizational skills. Candidate is capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processing, reporting and all tax filings Oversee HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding and record-keeping Coordinate all employee benefits Maintain and update company records in QuickBooks Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping with a focus on payroll and HR Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Job Types:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
