Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll processing for a multi-state workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ADP Workforce Now, payroll tax compliance, and employee payroll administration. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while partnering with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.

Manage payroll for multi-state employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, deductions, and direct deposit updates.

Review and reconcile payroll reports, deductions, garnishments, and benefits.

Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Support payroll tax filings, year-end processing, and W-2 preparation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.

Partner with HR, Benefits, and Accounting teams on payroll-related matters.

Assist with payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliations.
