Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a new person to join the payroll team in our Londonderry, NH office. The perfect candidate is experienced in payroll and will concentrate primarily on one staffing customer and provide support in a weekly payroll process. Looking for this new team member to handle all tasks relative to this customer that runs a retail operation, including employee payroll and expense reimbursements and coordinating billing detailed by specific criteria. Excel proficiency is a must. Duties Process payroll weekly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employee payments Enter and verify data in payroll and accounting software Reconcile accounts related to payroll, benefits administration, and taxes to ensure data integrity Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions, tax filings, and employee data for audit readiness Conduct analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies or errors and implement corrective actions promptly Experience Proven experience managing payroll systems Understanding of payroll management procedures combined with knowledge of corporate accounting practices Familiarity with accounting software or other financial management tools Knowledge of tax regulations related to payroll processing and benefits administration Ability to perform detailed data entry accurately Analytical skills necessary for troubleshooting discrepancies in payroll data or financial reports Proficient in

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
