Midtown, NY Salary:
$90k - $110k + Bonus Responsibilities Process two bi-weekly payrolls utilizing ADP Workforce Now Generate all ADP reports that support withholdings for 401K Contributions, Benefits. Balance Bi-Weekly Payrolls by producing Excel Summaries of Gross to Net Payroll calculations. Process 1 weekly payroll through Paychex for union staff employees including bonus; and Monthly payment of 401k, union dues and other invoices Prepare check requests for garnishments and monthly stipends and pass to Accounts Payable for Processing. Balancing Payroll, Post GL interface with ADP into Great Plains. Year End Closing Preparation of annual W-2 reconciliation to W-3; Distribution to employees, review and approve ACA forms, provide payroll reports for any and all Audits as requested. Provide copies of all Quarterly payroll Tax Reports for Audits. Maintain all employee records. Respond to employment verification requests, Unemployment claims, etc. Must have background in working with TPA of 401K Plans. Monthly reconciliation of employee benefits invoices against Withholdings from Employees. Approve all benefits Invoices and pass to Accounts Payable for payment processing. Oversee and manage employee time off requests. Oversee day-to-day operations of the office including all aspects of facilities management Manage 3 office services support staff.
Requirements:
5+ years' Hands-on payroll processing . In-depth understanding of payroll procedures, Payroll Taxes with a solid working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and working knowledge of Paychex required. MS Office (Extensive Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word)
