Job Description

Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for employees across multiple states in the U.S., Canada and Ireland. Ensure accurate and timely payments, including taxes, deductions, and benefits. Identify and resolve pay discrepancies and escalations efficiently. Support audits, year-end processing (W-2s), and regulatory reporting. Manage payroll inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits to maintain accurate payroll data and seamless processes. Work independently while contributing to a dynamic, cross-functional team. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state and/or international payroll. Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Hands-on experience with payroll systems like Dayforce, ADP, or Paychex. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications. Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail.
