Location:
Lincroft, NEW JERSEY Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Bookkeeper / Payroll Assistant to support bookkeeping and payroll tasks for a growing accounting practice in Manalapan, NJ. Job Responsibilities
  • Enter invoices and payments into accounting systems
  • Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Support payroll processing
  • Respond to client questions regarding billing and invoices
  • Maintain organized financial records Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or office experience
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Good communication skills
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred Additional Information
Job Location:
Manalapan
Salary Range:
$15.00- $17.00 Hourly
