Payroll Administrator

Description Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator with hands-on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) experience. This role will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple payroll cycles with precision. Key Responsibilities + Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) + Maintain and audit payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and taxes + Ensure compliaance with all payroll laws and internal policies + Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate output reports + Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions + Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and 401(k) contributions + Coordinate with HR and Finance on employee data changes (new hires, terminations, etc.) + Assist with month-end and year-end processes, including W-2 preparation + Support audits and reporting requests as needed Requirements + 3+ years of payroll processing experience +

Required:
