Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Paralegal based in Princeton, NJ, with flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Paralegal will assist attorneys with legal document preparation, conduct comprehensive due diligence for real estate transactions, and manage title insurance and lease processes. Responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with legal requirements, supporting commercial real estate matters, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with legal professionals and clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal forms and contracts Experience in Due Diligence and analyzing real estate-related matters to ensure compliance with laws and regulations Knowledge of Title Insurance and expertise in managing the title examination and clearance process Familiarity with Leases and ability to review, negotiate, and finalize lease agreements Understanding of Commercial Real Estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financing Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with legal research tools and software is a plus Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
