Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage payroll for employees using payroll software such as Ceridian or Paychex
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits administration
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and reporting
  • Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data and proper communication regarding payroll matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices
Requirements:
  • Only applicants with experience will be considered
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and corporate accounting principles
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and accounting software (e.g., Ceridian, Paychex)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and HRIS systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
