Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Willingboro, New Jersey. In this role, you will handle payroll processing for a high volume of employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations and company policies. This position also involves assisting with administrative tasks, reconciling benefit deductions, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify timesheets for accuracy before approval.
  • Process weekly payroll, including tax deductions, garnishments, and benefit withholdings.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Assist with tax reporting and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll department as needed.
  • Handle garnishment processing and ensure proper documentation.
  • Review and process benefit invoices for payment.
  • Reconcile account discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
  • Support vendor invoicing and ensure timely processing.
