Job Description

Job Description Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of payroll processing experience , including garnishments, taxes, and year-end activities High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Business, or related field) FPC or CPP certification preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in payroll systems, specifically Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, and ADP Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills , particularly Excel Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously Core Competencies Strong analytical skills , including retroactive pay calculations and time analysis High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee data Solid understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements Effective communication skills with internal teams and employees Functional Capabilities End-to-end payroll processing, including wage calculations, deductions, and tax handling Maintenance of payroll records and HRIS data Support for audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting Ability to resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
