Target Compensation:
$50,000 – $70,000 DOE Key Responsibilities for theUnion Payroll Specialist:
- Process weekly and/or biweekly payroll for union employees accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, wage rates, deductions, and benefit contributions
- Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Prepare payroll reports, audits, and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders

- 2+ years of payroll processing experience required
- Experience with union payroll and collective bargaining agreements preferred
- Knowledge of payroll taxes, wage laws, and payroll compliance requirements
