Due to our continued growth, we are excited to announce a Payroll Coordinator opportunity available at our Evendale location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculate wages, including overtime and bonuses, and process payroll transactions accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes to information including salaries and direct deposit.
- Ensure all payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Prepare and generate payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address payroll-related questions and concerns.
- Manage timekeeping systems, process time sheets, and handle deductions, such as wage garnishments.
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and processes are streamlined.
- Work with payroll vendor to address system modifications/issues.
