Job Description
Description Your Role The Payroll Seasonal associate is responsible for supporting the Payroll Ops team with day-to-day activities. Your Impact Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Administrative tasks such as opening and sorting mail, filing, digitizing paper documents, etc. Process garnishment requests and validate calculations to ensure processed accurately in compliance with Law. Responsible for timely and accurate updating payment information on associates' record within HCM/Oracle Cloud Partner with larger Payroll function to reissue payments to corrected accounts. Partner with internal and external partners to ensure associates receive their pay timely and accurately in their preferred payment method Partner with Payroll Tax on projects including calling tax Jurisdictions, validating tax rates, etc. Collaborate with Payroll teams, internal partners, and external partners. Execute accounting principles in compliance with internal SOX, Anti-Corruption and Operational Controls for (1) payment accuracy (2) audit for completion and (3) approval through the delegations of authority. Analyze, research, and decision escalated cases assigned from HR Direct for all payroll related issues.
