Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused payroll professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and keeping processes running smoothly. You'll support a collaborative payroll team in a fully onsite environment, helping ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time for a high-volume operation. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Process payroll accurately and on schedule Review large data sets for errors and inconsistencies Communicate with HR teams to resolve payroll questions Use Excel daily for reporting and data analysis Apply formulas, VLOOKUPs, and PivotTables Research and resolve payroll discrepancies Track outstanding items and meet deadlines Provide strong service to internal teams Support additional payroll-related tasks as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Payroll processing experience required Advanced Excel skills required Experience with formulas and VLOOKUPs Experience using PivotTables Comfort working with large datasets Strong communication and follow-through Highly organized and detail-oriented approach Ability to work independently in a quiet team setting Professional presentation and workplace demeanor Nice to
Have Skills & Experience:
Experience with UKG payroll systems Experience with Vista payroll systems 10-key experience Bachelor's degree preferred Accounting background Customer service experience Exposure to payroll discrepancy resolution
