Payroll Administrator -
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess biweekly, multi-state payroll through ADP Workforce NowReview timesheets, timecard totals, payroll reports, and payroll registers for accuracyProcess payroll adjustments, deductions, final pay, and related paperworkCalculate and process employee withholdings and deductionsProcess garnishments, support orders, and tax leviesHandle a high volume of payroll inquiries and resolve issues professionallyTroubleshoot timekeeping/time clock issues with field operationsAudit employee pay records, tax information, and payroll documentationAssist with payroll tax, accounting, and internal/external auditsProcess quarter-to-date/year-to-date adjustments and support W-2 preparationEnsure compliance with federal and state payroll regulationsMaintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee informationAssist with special projects and other duties as assigned

This role is responsible for processing accurate, timely multi-state biweekly payroll and serving as a key point of contact for employee payroll questions.
