Payroll Coordinator

Payroll Coordinator (Onsite - Bend, OR) CV Resources is partnering exclusively on a Payroll Coordinator search for a dynamic and growing organization based in Bend, Oregon. This isn't your typical payroll job. This is an opportunity to step into a high-growth, culture-driven food & beverage company that's scaling fast and investing in the future. With a recent system implementation and big plans ahead, you'll play a critical role in supporting and optimizing payroll operations. This is a direct hire, fully onsite role. You'll report directly to leadership and support payroll for approximately 110 employees across a mix of hourly production and corporate staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on environments and enjoys being a key contributor to a high-functioning team. Previous payroll experience (for at least 100 employees) is required without exception, and proficiency with Paycor is highly preferred. What You'll Be Doing Support end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing across the organization Assist in maintaining and optimizing payroll operations in Paycor Partner with accounting and leadership on reporting, audits, and compliance support Manage and review timekeeping data for a high-volume hourly workforce Help troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and support process improvements Assist with ongoing ERP consolidation projects Serve as a reliable point of contact for payroll-related questions and support

What You Bring Must-Have:

Experience supporting payroll in hourly workforce environments Working knowledge of Paycor Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in food manufacturing or production environments Exposure to system implementations or payroll conversions

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
