What You'll Do Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls across multiple clients Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Manage payroll tax filings, deposits, and reconciliations Support employee onboarding related to payroll (W-4s, direct deposit, etc.) Maintain organized, accurate payroll records Respond to client and employee inquiries with professionalism and clarity Collaborate with bookkeeping and accounting teams What We're Looking For Payroll experience (multi-client or multi-entity preferred) Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax requirements Experience with payroll platforms Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients Strong communication and organizational skills High level of discretion and professionalism Compensation Starting pay is $25 per hour, with potential performance-based increases within the first 90 days based on your demonstrated performance in the role.
