We provide compassionate support for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and medically fragile children—all from the comfort of their home ensuring they can thrive in the place they love most. We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to support the processing of bi-weekly payroll for an organization of over 4,000 employees. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll preparation and processing Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity Learn and support payroll compliance processes Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient payroll operations
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow within the role Team player with a positive, professional attitude Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Requirements:
