This company is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join its team and support accurate, timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will bring strong payroll knowledge, proven payroll processing experience, and hands-on experience using ADP. Key Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on schedule for employees Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations Review timekeeping records and resolve payroll discrepancies Administer deductions, garnishments, benefits, and payroll tax updates Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and confidentiality Collaborate with HR and accounting to support payroll-related functions Utilize ADP for payroll processing, reporting, and record maintenance If you are a payroll detail oriented seeking a rewarding opportunity in Eugene, OR with a company that values community, quality, and teamwork, please apply directly or reach out to Bridget Killen from Robert Half. Familiarity with payroll reporting, check processing, accounts payable coordination, and general accounting support functions. Ability to manage sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the flexibility to adjust priorities and cross-train with team members.
