Job Description

Description Our team is looking to hire a skilled Payroll Specialist who is highly detail-oriented and knowledgeable in tax regulations, with proven experience using automated payroll systems. This role is central to ensuring that all payroll functions—including timely and accurate salary, benefits, and tax payments—are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process payroll accurately and within established deadlines. + Calculate and deduct taxes, benefits, and other required withholdings from employee paychecks. + Operate automated payroll systems (such as ADP) to execute payroll and tax processing. + Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal payroll tax laws and reporting requirements. + Reconcile payroll and benefits data, ensuring precision and accuracy in records. + Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters. + Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive payroll reports and documents. + Oversee annual payroll audits to ensure ongoing compliance. + Keep current with changing payroll tax regulations and legal standards impacting employee wage processing.
Requirements Qualifications:
+ 3+ years' experience working as a Payroll Specialist or in a related payroll role. + Solid understanding of payroll taxes and tax reporting requirements. + Proficient with automated payroll platforms such as ADP. + In-depth knowledge of payroll procedures, regulations, and best practices. + Strong mathematical, accounting, and analytical capabilities. + Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. + Exceptional communication skills. + High standard of confidentiality and professional ethics.
