  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare & review monthly payroll.
  • Process withholdings, deductions, wage garnishments, or other special payroll actions and changes affecting net wages.
  • Knowledge with credit debts with accounts.
  • Processing all taxes and quarterly reports.
  • Ensure payroll issues are escalated and resolved.
  • Maintain current knowledge of city, state, and federal laws concerning payroll.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and deadlines.
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding process for team members.
  • Maintain team member files to include I-9s.
  • Maintain & handle leaves of absence, coordinate with onsite leadership and following local and federal laws.
  • Responsible for gathering all information regarding Worker Compensation injuries and reporting accordingly by submitting all necessary information to insurance provider.
  • Other Duties Assigned.
  • Qualifications:
  • 2 to 4 years of prior payroll experience preferred.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Prior human resources and accounting experience preferred.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
