Payroll Specialist A growing organization is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its accounting and finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting full-cycle payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

$62,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy Assist with payroll tax reporting and compliance activities Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies Support audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information Assist with process improvements and system updates as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of payroll experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
