As a key member of our HR department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR and payroll support to the organization. Payroll Clerk Responsibilities:
Provide HR and payroll support to the organization, including processing payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, time-off requests, and benefits information Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including coordinating interviews and conducting reference checks Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity Perform other HR-related tasks, as needed Human Resources (HR)/
Payroll Clerk Requirements:
1 year of experience in HR or payroll administration Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Basic knowledge of HR and payroll laws and regulations
