Position Overview The Administrator Payroll Operations will accurately enter worksite employee new hire and termination information; record employee changes to existing records; direct deposit entry and changes; W-4 federal and state and local withholding; voluntary deductions; and garnishment entry and changes. The major focus of this role will be on garnishments. This Administrator, Payroll Operations must have an understanding of the payroll process and understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness when adding to or changing employee records. Primary Responsibilities Process child support, tax levies, and other garnishments in a timely manner Respond to garnishment inquiries and handle returned garnishment checks Process regulatory requests for worksite employee information (child support inquiries, etc.) Accurately enter new hires, terminations, employee record changes in a timely manner Accurately process direct deposit and pay card information on behalf of worksite employees Enter worksite employee tax withholding information Process Verifications of Employment for worksite employees Support the Supervisor, Payroll Administration and Payroll Team in other assigned administrative duties Manage and order office supplies Assist with scanning, filing and administration of worksite employee records Assist with Production Room tasks such as printing checks, packaging, shipping, and tracking packages Key Skills and Competencies Strict adherence to deadlines and prioritizing multiple duties in a date-driven and heavily regulated environment Knowledge of garnishments, child support, and tax levies strongly preferred Basic knowledge of employee records administration is required High attention to detail where accuracy is a priority Data entry and Time management skills Knowledge of the Payroll, Spreadsheets, and Outlook applications Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications Previous relevant experience is preferred Environmental and Physical Demands Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air Fourth Benefits Unlimited PTO!
