Job Description
Payroll & Benefits Coordinator (Part-Time) ? Manchester, NH area — Onsite/Hybrid after training ? $30-$38/hour | 25 hours/week (flexible schedule) ? Permanent hire Our client, a well-established mission-driven nonprofit serving individuals and families across New Hampshire, is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join their Human Resources team on a part-time basis. This role supports accurate payroll processing and benefits administration for more than 1,000 employees across the organization. This position reports to the Payroll & Benefits Manager and works closely with the Total Rewards Director and CHRO. The role is primarily onsite with some hybrid flexibility once fully trained. What You'll Do Process accurate and timely payroll, with primary responsibility for a key division of the organization Provide payroll support across all business units Administer employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and terminations Audit payroll, HRIS, and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance Reconcile benefit invoices and coordinate with Finance Support annual Open Enrollment and employee benefit communications Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries Prepare payroll and benefits reports and reconciliations Assist with HR projects and departmental initiatives as needed What We're Looking For Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years of payroll and benefits administration experience At least 1 year of HRIS experience Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, and Benefits Hub is highly preferred Familiarity with self-insured or captive insurance environments is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Compensation & Details $30-$38/hour based on experience 25 hours/week with a flexible schedule Permanent position Onsite with hybrid flexibility after training How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume to Jeannie Halsey at jhalsey@naglergroup.com.
