Job Summary:
As an Expense Administrator, you will assist relocating families by processing expense reports and service partner invoices in accordance with our clients' processes and policies. This position works with a team to ensure timely and accurate payments and facilitate a smooth transition throughout each family's move.
Essential Functions:
Process expense reports submitted by transferees following guidance from client policy and procedures Process, review, and maintain client procedures Exemplify alignment with company core values Consistently demonstrate dependable attendance and timeliness completing all work responsibilities Collaborate effectively with team members and partners across the organization Maintain Transferee Tax Info Screen Assistin payroll reconciliation Help Train new
Admins Education/Experience/Qualifications:
Experience within accounting, data entry, or other related industry experience Payroll experience preferred ERP(SAP) experience preferred Required Skills /
Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm and ten-key by touch Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detailed oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast pace environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to analyze and solve problems Proficiency with working with numerical data Strong analytical skills Collaborative team player skilled at building effective relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels
