ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced and autonomous bilingual HR & Payroll Senior Specialist based in Frisco, Texas, under a hybrid work model. ????

Full-time The ideal candidate will independently lead HR and payroll operations for OFG in the United States, managing W2 temporary workforce, full-cycle recruitment, and U.S. labor law compliance as the primary HR reference for the USA region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding of candidates
• W2 Workforce Management
• Hiring, management and termination, ensuring full regulatory compliance
• Payroll Processing
• W2 payroll ensuring accuracy, tax compliance and coordination with finance
• Onboarding & Offboarding
• I-9 verification, E-Verify and full regulatory documentation
• Leave Administration

• FMLA, ADA, COBRA

  management
• primary point of contact for employees and managers
• Labor Law Compliance

• FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, I-9

• Employee Relations
• Investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution and documentation
• HR Strategy
• Develop and propose HR policies and metrics to support USA region decision-making

REQUIREMENTS

???? Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Payroll roles
• Full-cycle recruiting experience in the U.S.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously without direct supervision ???? Technical Knowledge
• U.S. federal & Texas state labor law (FLSA, EEOC, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, I-9)
• W2 temporary workforce and independent contractor (1099) management
• Payroll processing & tax compliance
