We're looking for an experienced and autonomous bilingual HR & Payroll Senior Specialist based in Frisco, Texas, under a hybrid work model. ????Location :

Full-time The ideal candidate will independently lead HR and payroll operations for OFG in the United States, managing W2 temporary workforce, full-cycle recruitment, and U.S. labor law compliance as the primary HR reference for the USA region.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding of candidates
- W2 Workforce Management
- Hiring, management and termination, ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Payroll Processing
- W2 payroll ensuring accuracy, tax compliance and coordination with finance
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- I-9 verification, E-Verify and full regulatory documentation
- Leave Administration
FMLA, ADA, COBRA
management- primary point of contact for employees and managers
- Labor Law Compliance
FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, I-9
- Employee Relations
- Investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution and documentation
- HR Strategy
- Develop and propose HR policies and metrics to support USA region decision-making
REQUIREMENTS
???? Education & Experience- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Payroll roles
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in the U.S.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously without direct supervision ???? Technical Knowledge
- U.S. federal & Texas state labor law (FLSA, EEOC, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, I-9)
- W2 temporary workforce and independent contractor (1099) management
- Payroll processing & tax compliance
HRIS & ATS
systems- Microsoft Office
- advanced Excel ???? Skills
Bilingual:
English & Spanish- Full autonomy & sound judgment
- Strong compliance mindset
- Ability to advise leadership
- High level of discretion & confidentiality
- Strong time management and deadline orientation ?
