Job Description
Our client is a well-established tech company that develops large-scale enterprise platforms to support high-volume environments and help organizations modernize systems, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery for the communities they serve. Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile payroll for approximately 2,500 employees, including multi-state and some international payroll. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and wage and hour compliance. Perform payroll audits and maintain compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regulations. Generate payroll reports and partner with Finance and HR to reconcile payroll with accounting records. Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related employee inquiries and provide guidance on payroll policies and tax forms. Maintain and document payroll procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree (Required) 4-9+ years of multi-state payroll experience with strong compliance knowledge. Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).Compensation & Benefits:
