As Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll laws and regulations. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.

Hybrid - Concordville, PA
Reports To:
Vice President, Finance & Operations What You'll Do Partner with Finance and Human Resources to process accurate and timely payroll using ADP Workforce Now. Maintain employee payroll records, earnings, deductions, taxes, and payroll changes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Administer payroll-related requirements including SUI, FMLA, garnishments, and other statutory programs. Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, and payroll adjustments. Reconcile payroll reports and support payroll tax filings and year-end processing. Respond to employee payroll inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality. Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and controls. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For Typically requires an associate or bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and/or 5+ years of payroll experience. Experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now is required. Requires strong understanding of payroll taxes, SUI, FMLA, garnishments, and wage and hour compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is highly preferred. Experience using AI Tools to gain payroll efficiency is preferred. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidential information and work independently. Why LaFrance?
