As a global leader in infrared sauna therapy, we are expanding and need a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to support the administration of payroll and employee benefits programs. Duties/Responsibilities:
Payroll Support Assist with processing payroll on a regular schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) Review timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness Enter and update employee payroll information, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes Assist with calculating wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits contributions Help maintain accurate payroll records and documentation Respond to basic employee payroll questions and escalate issues as needed Benefits Support Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations Support new hire benefits onboarding Help maintain benefits records and employee documentation Respond to basic employee benefits inquiries Assist with open enrollment preparation and communication Coordinate with HR and benefits vendors as needed Take on additional tasks and duties as assigned by the HR Manager to support overall HR functions. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in payroll, HR, accounting, or an administrative role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic understanding of payroll and benefits concepts (training provided) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic office software Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Benefits Starting Salary at ~$50K/year with potential for higher compensation based on experience.Hybrid Work Schedule:
