Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Payroll Assistant 3's for contract/hybrid opportunity in Irving, TX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
): o High school diploma or equivalent & 1 years of related education, i.e.: business or accounting and/or relevant work experience. o Working knowledge of payroll fundamentals and data validation practices. o Proficiency in payroll/HR systems. o Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to meet SLAs. o Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately. o Accuracy, data integrity, and strong follow-through. o Clear written and verbal communication. o Time management and ability to prioritize recurring and urgent requests. o Discretion in handling confidential employee and payroll data. o Willing to work a Hybrid schedule.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
o The Payroll Assistant 3 supports accurate and timely payroll processing for each payroll process and providing responsive customer support within established service-level agreements (SLAs). This role contributes to departmental goals through updating and validating record each payroll cycle.
Task & Responsibilities:
Sector Support for: o Processing and validating supplemental pay request. o Processing and validating out of cycle pay request. o Respond to inquiries from customers (internal & external) within SLA. o Perform assigned project duties to support the departmental goals and objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
o Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers within required SLAs. o Perform assigned project duties to support system enhancements, process improvements, and departmental objectives. o Special processing for adjustments, or off-cycle items in alignment with policy and compliance requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(DESIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
): o SAP experience. o Prior experience working in a shared service or center of excellence environment.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED. School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS
5/40 workweek. Must be willing to work a Hybrid schedule. HYB
