Payroll Coordinator:

• Support bi-weekly, multi-state payroll processing for approximately 600 employees
• Export, reconcile, and validate timekeeping data prior to payroll runs
• Maintain payroll data in UKG, including direct deposits, taxes, and deductions
• Respond to employee and supervisor payroll, reimbursement, and bonus questions
• Perform Excel-based payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
• Assist with onboarding payroll setup, terminations, and special payroll projects Qualifications for the

• We're looking for Payroll Coordinator candidates with 2+ years of payroll, timekeeping, or accounting support experience
