Key Responsibilities:
Process accurate and timely payroll through Paycom Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions regarding pay, PTO, timekeeping, and payroll-related matters Support union payroll processes and respond to union-related inquiries Maintain employee payroll records, status changes, sick time tracking, and payroll updates Prepare payroll reports, garnishment payments, bonuses, and family leave payments while ensuring compliance and accuracy
Qualifications:
3+ years of payroll experience with knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices Experience using Paycom or a similar payroll system, along with intermediate Excel skills Team-oriented professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset Nonprofit industry experience a plus! #
