Permanent Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Hollywood, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing full-cycle payroll operations, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM or Oracle Cloud Fusion. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can process payroll accurately, maintain compliance, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Process and oversee full-cycle payroll for employees accurately and on time Maintain payroll records, employee data, deductions, taxes, and adjustments Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Utilize advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups for reporting and reconciliation Process payroll transactions within Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding payroll changes and employee updates Support payroll audits and maintain confidentiality of payroll information

Qualifications:

7-10 years of payroll processing experience required Strong experience managing full-cycle payroll operations Experience with Oracle HCM or Oracle Cloud Fusion preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and V-LookUps required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
