Union Payroll Specialist:
- Process payroll for multiple union groups across various entities and states
- Maintain union wage rates, deductions, and benefit schedules within payroll systems
- Prepare union dues, benefit payments, and required monthly reporting
- Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting using Excel
- Partner with operations and project teams to validate payroll and timekeeping data
- Support month-end payroll reporting and compliance requirements Qualifications for the
Union Payroll Specialist:
- Experience processing union payroll, including dues, benefits, and reporting requirements
- High-volume payroll processing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
