This role offers a mix of payroll processing, reporting, employee support, and HR-related responsibilities in a multi-state environment. Payroll Specialist Responsibilities Process accurate and timely multi-state payroll while ensuring compliance with applicable payroll and tax regulations. The Payroll Specialist will maintain employee payroll records and support timekeeping processes in ADP Workforce Now. Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, tax documents, and other payroll-related transactions. Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end documentation. The Payroll Specialist will support new hire onboarding and other payroll-related HR activities. Respond to employee questions and resolve payroll issues in a timely and professional manner. Assist with payroll audits, reporting, administrative projects, and process improvements. The Payroll Specialist will maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information. What We're Looking For in a Payroll Specialist 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably with multi-state payroll. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar payroll system. Working knowledge of payroll processes, tax requirements, and employment regulations. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. EB-1610496491
