The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team. RTX is seeking a strong candidate to join the Mobility Payroll and Tax Team as a Principal Specialist, Payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our U.S. expatriate payrolls. The Mobility team is a fast paced, high volume, metric driven, highly collaborative cross functional environment, which is focused on individual and team performance, as well as continuous improvement. What You Will Do Advanced knowledge in expatriate payroll services for international assignments. Process U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely, including tax‑withholding setup and changes, bonus‑related tax entries, retroactive pay adjustments, verification‑of‑employment requests, and payroll‑preview review. Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed. Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures. Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service. Support payroll‑related projects and initiatives as required. Qualifications You Must Have A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in US payroll processing. In depth understanding of expatriate payroll administration. Qualifications We Prefer At least 2 years of experience with ADP Globalview or ADP Ev5. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask. Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written skills. Must be able to demonstrate expertise in problem solving, analysis, and issue resolution. Proficiency in excel. This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Cedar Rapids IA, Dallas TX, Tucson, AZ, Farmington/Hartford CT. Please consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role:

Employees who are working in hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
