Job Description
PA, OH, KY
LST and other complex local tax jurisdictions. A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting finance and accounting with month end closing and reconciliation. Experience in ticketing systems (i.e., Fresh Service, Zendesk). Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) in a fast-paced environment. Experience leading meetings and providing backup support to the Payroll Director. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization and provide strong customer service. Excellent problem solving/judgment skills with a high level of attention to detail. Superior written and oral communication skills. Strong commitment to the development and knowledge sharing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours and occasional overtime during payroll cycles. CPP/FPC Certification preferredWORK ENVIRONMENT

Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the hourly range to be $22.63 - $39.50 per hour. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
