Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities Payroll Data Entry
  • Enter and validate employee information, time data, and pay changes in payroll systems. Audit Support
  • Assist with pre and post-payroll audits, including 4-eye checks, data accuracy reviews, and documentation collection. Employee File Maintenance
  • Help maintain digital and physical payroll records in compliance with retention policies. Reporting Assistance
  • Generate basic payroll reports and support month-end or year-end tasks. Systems Support
  • Learn and assist with SAP HP, ADP, or other HRIS/payroll platforms. Compliance Tasks
  • Support tax, wage, and regulatory requirements through data accuracy and documentation. Customer Service
  • Help respond to employee payroll questions with guidance from senior team members. Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline tasks and improve accuracy.
Your Qualifications High school diploma and currently pursuing a four-year degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, Finance, or another relevant field. Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables preferred). Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong communication and organizational skills. Interest in payroll, HR operations, or data-driven work. External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
